On the device, open the Lọc web tab in the bottom bar. Three quick actions sit at the top:

Block whole categories — the smart default
KidSafe's AI sorts every website into a category. Flip a category's switch to Chặn (block) or Mở (allow) — every site in it follows, and newly-found sites are covered automatically.
Override a single site
Need an exception? Add one domain that always blocks or always allows, regardless of its category. Tap Add web (top right) to open the sheet, type a domain like youtube.com, then pick a block type:
Assign it to a category and follow that category's setting.

Allow a site only in set hours
Sites here are allowed only during the time windows you set in the device's Schedule → Web block, and blocked outside them. To move a site here, open it in the Direct tab and choose “Switch to schedule”. The hours themselves live in the Schedule screen, not in Web Filter.
Test any site in seconds
Tap Quick Check (top-left) and pick a service (Zalo, YouTube, Roblox…). You'll see instantly whether each address is blocked or allowed — tap a result for the reason.
“By configuration” works even when the PC is offline; “Actual on device” asks the agent live. Illustration only.
Which rule wins?
When several rules touch one site, KidSafe decides top-down:
- 1Direct block / allow — always wins.
- 2By group — follows the assigned category.
- 3Schedule — blocked outside the set hours.
- 4Category — follows the category's on/off switch.
- 5Default — allowed.
Browsers & incognito
Chrome, Edge, Brave and Cốc Cốc are filtered. Other browsers are blocked from running so the filter can't be bypassed.
Incognito / InPrivate is disabled by default, so history stays visible and the filter keeps working.
Getting the most out of it
Where should I start?+
In the Group tab, block the dangerous categories (Adult, Gambling, Violence, Drugs). Use the app for a few days, check Activity to see what your child visits, then fine-tune with the Direct tab.
Block YouTube but keep Education allowed?+
Leave the category as-is and add youtube.com as Block directly — a direct rule overrides the category.
The AI put a site in the wrong category?+
Open the Group tab → tap the category → find the site and move it to the correct category. Or just add a direct block/allow for it.
When do changes take effect?+
Almost immediately — on the site's next load. KidSafe may clear the browser cache automatically so the new rule applies right away.
