KidSafe protects itself so it can't be removed casually. To uninstall, open the agent from the system tray, sign in with your parent password, then turn protection off in the Management tab and finish removing it.

Frequently asked
I don't know the parent password?+
It's the password set when this computer was linked. You can view or reset it in the parent app (Account → pick the device → parent password), or contact support.
The 10-minute window expired?+
No problem — open the Management tab again and click Disable protection / Uninstall to reopen the window, then Uninstall now.
Does uninstalling delete the child's device from my account?+
No. The device stays in your account (with its schedule & settings). Only the software on this PC is removed — reinstall and link again to restore protection.
Windows “Add or remove programs” won't uninstall it?+
That's expected — driver protection blocks a normal uninstall. You must first Disable protection in the agent's Management tab (Steps 1–3), then use Uninstall now.
