Your parent code — where to find it
Every KidSafe account has a parent code: 6 characters that identify your account. Give it to support and they find you straight away — no spelling out an email or repeating a phone number. It sits in the Account screen of the parent app, and one tap copies it.

- 1Open the KidSafe parent app and tap the menu icon (☰) in the top corner — it's in the header of every tab.
- 2The Account screen opens. In the ACCOUNT INFORMATION card, the last row is Parent code.
- 3Tap the code (or the copy icon next to it) — “Code copied” appears. Paste it into your message to support.

Frequently asked
I can't see the “Parent code” row+
It shows up once the app has synced your account. Go back to Home, pull down to refresh the device list, then open Account again. If it's still missing, sign out and sign in once more.
Can I change my parent code?+
No — it's fixed for the life of the account. That's the point: write it down once and it still works months later.
Is it safe to give out?+
It only points support at your account — it isn't a password and it doesn't unlock anything. Send it to KidSafe support whenever you're asked for it. Your parent password is the one you never share.
